The venue's position was central. The staff were all extraordinary service-minded and provided excellent service.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very chatty.

This place has a really great location, right in the center of town. The housekeeping service was fantastic and the room amenities were top-notch, including an in-room safe and free toiletries. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the leisure facilities like the Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were a great bonus.

The hotel was huge and facilities were good, it had absolutely perfect and incredible location very close to `` taxis '' picking up tourists at the rank at the airport, Terreiro do Paço and Praça Rossio and tourist areas and points of interest, such as Terreiro do Paço and Praça Rossio. The staff was very attentive and efficient, offered very good services. We appreciated the property and would come here again.
